WebIts is bit of an inconvenience, but i like that the far cry world is dangerous to everyone, and not just the player. Adds a little bit more realism to it. But yeah, all outposts that have been liberated will have shops, so there should be plenty scattered around the map. Liberate outposts and you'll find the shops.
