WebJun 7, 2024 · Long story short, a colleague asked what my W10 display "Scale and layout" was set at, his was 100%, mine was 150% (I have a 32" 4K screen). I changed my setting back to 100%, jumping problem solved. As all my icons were teeny weeny I decided to change the setting back to 150%, and Walla! no jumping and flickering.
