WebSnipping tool keeps disappearing from the screen after taking a screenshot instead of popping back up. For me snipping tool used to work so that when I took a small snip it would pull back up on the screen right after. Now after I take a snip it disappears entirely to the taskbar and I have to mouse down to click it and reopen it.
