The users of these devices are reporting that once their password has expired, they are then not able to update the password without resorting to calling the helpdesk for help. Researching this I found a number of threads that suggested disabling NLA. WebWe've been delaying going live in production with ThinOS 9.1 due to the number of bugs we've found. Unfortunately, dell is now shipping new thin clients wtih ThinOS 9.1 despite it not being feature parity nor production ready due to the great number of bugs. I even confirmed with our SE that this is a big problem for all their customers.
